NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY
BUDGET HEARING FOR THE
2022 FISCAL YEAR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the preliminary budget for the Town of Lyme for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2021 has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk at 12175, NYS RT 12E Chaumont, NY where it is available for inspection by any interested person during normal business hours, Monday thru Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Lyme will meet and hold a Public Hearing thereon at the Municipal Office at 6:30 p.m. Thursday November 4, 2021 and that at such hearing any such person may be heard in favor of or against any item or against any item or items therein contained. Any other business that may come before the Board will follow. Pursuant to Section 112 of the Town Law the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified are as follows;
Supervisor $14,856
Deputy Supervisor $6,452
Councilman (3) $5,448.33
Town Justice (2) $10,977
Superintendent $64,397
Clerk $36,789
Tax Collector $6,325
Assessor (2) $14,569
Assessor Chairperson $18,677
