Proposed Local Law: Adoption of a Local Law in regard to the Administration and Enforcement of NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Codes and the NYS Energy Conservation Construction Codes

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Lyme which would elect Jefferson County as the entity responsible for the Administration and Enforcement of Codes within the Town of Lyme.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing in connection with the proposed legislation will be held at the Municipal Office, 12175 NYS Route 12E,
Chaumont, NY 13622 on March 8, 2023 at 6:20 p.m.  An opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons interested in this proposed legislation.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lyme Board shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday March 8, 2023 at 6:25 p.m. at the Town Municipal Offices located at 12175 NYS RT 12E, Chaumont, NY to consider the adoption of the 2023 Water Rates for the Town’s Water Districts #1 thru #5.

All persons wishing to be heard on the issue should be present at the time and place set forth or have written comments submitted to the Town Board or Clerk prior to that date and time.
