The Town of Lyme will be accepting a one year bid for the 2022 mowing season.  
 
* Abandoned Cemeteries (7) mowed, trimmed and cleaned up by Memorial Day. Mowed and trimmed once every two weeks thereafter until September 15th.
 
* NYS Route 12E Ball Fields and Grounds - Mowed twice weekly (preferably Mondays & Wednesdays before 4 p.m.) and trimmed once a week from May 1st thru July 31st and mowed once a week thereafter until October 15th.
 
* G. Spence Donaldson Memorial Field (Morris Tract Road) Ball Field and Grounds - mowed and trimmed twice a week May 1st-July 31st and once a week until September 30th (preferably on Monday).
 
Quotes will be accepted until the closing of business on Monday April 11, 2022 and can be mailed to the Town Clerk's Office, PO Box 66 Chaumont, NY 13622 or dropped off at the Town Offices at 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, NY. The awarded Lawn Care Professional must supply own equipment, maintenance and fuel. Proof of liability insurance of at least one million dollars must be provided. Quotes will be reviewed and awards will be made during the Regular Town Board Meeting, to be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Anyone submitting a quote must review the Cemetery with Three Mile Bay Cemetery Superintendent, Julia Gosier (315-649-5452), prior to submittal. The Cemetery must be in excellent shape for Memorial and Labor Day weekends. Other mowing will be on a judgment basis between the awarded Lawn Care Professional and Superintendent Gosier. The awarded Lawn Care Professional must supply their own equipment, maintenance and fuel. Proof of liability insurance of at least one million dollars must be provided. Quotes will be accepted until the closing of business at 4:00 p.m. on April 11, 2022 and mailed to the Town Clerk's Office, PO Box 66, Chaumont, NY 13622, or dropped off at the Town Offices at 12175 NYS Route 12E, Chaumont, NY 13622.
